Open Evening
Our Sixth Form Open Evening will take place on Thursday 24 October and we look forward to welcoming Y11 students and their parents who are looking to apply for admission in September 2025.
Applications will open mid October and close on Monday 20 January 2025.
There will be three sessions to enable us to accommodate as many visitors as possible. Please choose only one session to attend. Tickets are limited to three per family.
Each session will follow the same format. It will begin with a talk from Mr Bannister, Head of Sixth Form, who will speak about the Sixth Form vision and ethos, how to make an application and explain how the evening will proceed.
Potential applicants will then have the opportunity to visit the Sixth form block, our new Learning Space, the creative subject spaces and the Performing Arts block. Visitors will also be able to speak to staff and current students about the A Levels we offer and life at Waldegrave Sixth Form as well as other key staff about Admissions, Inclusion, Finance and Academic Mentoring.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our Sixth Form.
Please ensure you only book tickets for one session and one ticket for every attendee including students. We recommend not bringing small children as the event is very crowded. We also encourage attendees to use public transport where possible and to be considerate of our neighbours.
