Cucina’s chef-led menu brings a fresh, creative and modern approach to school dining – serving food that not only looks and tastes great but delivers nutritional balance and variety. This includes handmade pizza recipes, fibre-enriched breads and sweet treats crafted with conscience with a reduction of 3.5 million sugar cubes across its bakery range.
Their commitment to sustainability-conscious sourcing means that their ingredients are selected with care – from MSC or MCS-certified fish for Fish & Chip Fridays, Fairtrade or Rainforest Alliance-certified beans for barista coffees, to free range eggs assured by the RSPCA, Red Tractor-certified fresh milk from British dairy cows, and baking potatoes sourced from local UK farms.
The catering team goes above and beyond to actively support inclusivity – serving food that is suitable for all dietary requirements – and food equity – covering a range of value-driven meal deal options and student-friendly pricing. They encourage students to explore new tastes and healthier options with confidence with a clear and transparent ethos: if a student tries something new and doesn’t enjoy it, they’re offered a refund – no questions asked.
Students can enjoy a wide variety of freshly prepared options in the dining hall – from Cucina’s Restaurant Menu, Hot and Cold Deli, and Grab & Go, to Street Food and our brand-new Concepts Menu – or are welcome to join and socialise with friends over packed lunches.
