At Waldegrave School, we are committed to delivering an exceptional education and providing enriching experiences for every student. While government funding covers the essentials, it does not stretch far enough to support the high standards of opportunities our community values. That’s why we rely on the generosity of parents, carers, alumni and friends of the school to help us in our mission to provide the very best educational experience possible for all our students.

Why Your Support Matters

Your donations directly enhance student life in ways that basic funding cannot. With your help, we can:

  • Purchase a new minibus to support school trips, sports fixtures, and Duke of Edinburgh expeditions.
  • Upgrade classroom resources to enrich the curriculum and offer exciting, challenging extracurricular activities.
  • Improve our sports and arts facilities, including 3D printers, a refurbished darkroom, and new sixth form match kits.
  • Empower student-led initiatives focused on the environment, wellbeing, and inclusion through the Student Parliament.

Every contribution—no matter the size—makes a meaningful difference.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supports our school fund. Your generosity helps us continue to create a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking learning environment for every child.   Mr Andrew Tanner - Co-Chair of Governors
I’ve recently completed my Silver D of E Award and having a new minibus was so helpful in taking us to the site with all our rucksacks and equipment. I also play sport for Waldegrave and it is so nice to travel in it with my teammates to matches.   Year 10 Student
