Teaching Internship Programme

Waldegrave Teaching Alliance  in partnership with Orleans Park School and Turing House School is offering a paid 3-week summer teaching internship for undergraduate or Master’s students, focusing on STEM and language subjects. The internship programme will provide classroom experience to help prospective teachers decide if they want to pursue a career in teaching. The internship programme will start on Monday 22 June 2026 until Friday 10 July 2026.
To be eligible for a Teaching Internship, applicants must:
  • be an undergraduate in their second, third or final year, or a master’s student (this includes students undertaking a 4-year integrated master’s, industry year or parttime course)
  • be interested in teaching chemistry, computing, design and technology, mathematics, a foreign languages or physics and be studying a relevant subject
  • not have participated in the programme previously
