At Waldegrave School, uniform plays a vital role in reflecting the values and identity of our school community. It promotes a sense of belonging, ensures students are dressed appropriately for a focused learning environment, and supports comfort during travel and varying weather conditions.
Students are expected to wear the correct uniform to and from school each day. On designated non-uniform days, students must still dress appropriately for a school setting.
The Sixth Form Dress Code outlines the standards for students in Years 12 and 13 and is available in a separate document.
As part of our ongoing commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, Waldegrave School proudly upholds the principles of the Halo Code. We are also committed to ensuring that our uniform is affordable and accessible to all families. To support this, we have limited the number of items that require the school logo, and pre-loved uniform is available for purchase at Friends of Waldegrave (F.O.W) events throughout the academic year.
By enrolling at Waldegrave School, students and their parents/carers agree to support our high standards through adherence to the Uniform Policy. This partnership is essential, and we ask parents/carers to ensure their child wears the uniform correctly at all times.
