Waldegrave is celebrating once again this year as A-level students achieved excellent results across all subjects. Of all grades awarded, 15% of these were A*, 42% A*-A and 71% A*-B. 36 students achieved three A grades or above, including 8 who achieved at least 3 A* grades.
Commenting on the results Ms Tongue, Headteacher at Waldegrave School, said “I am so proud to share the fantastic results our students have worked hard to achieve this year. They have shown dedication to their studies throughout the sixth form and I thoroughly congratulate them on their well deserved success. I would also like to take this chance to thank all the school staff for their support in inspiring our students to achieve their best. It has been wonderful talking to students and parents this morning and hearing their excitement about their next steps.”
