Waldegrave School has started it’s journey to become a more disability inclusive employer, joining a network of employers who have started their Disability Confident journey, creating a movement of change, thinking differently about disability, and taking action to improve how they recruit, retain, and develop disabled people.
At Waldegrave it is our vision for every member of our school community to enjoy learning, feel valued and experience success. This applies to our workforce as much as to the pupils and families our school serves. We have been awarded with a certificate to confirm our ‘committed’ status and will be continuing to build our skills and knowledge to ensure every member of our workforce feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique talents.
